Recipe for the kaningag Philippine cinnamon cold tea: Boil 1 liter of water, then put 1g kaningag bark (pinky size o kasing hinliliit ukon daw kamalingking), and simmer for 5 minutes until you get the red hue. Cool, put ice, and add calamansi, honey, and/or sugar to taste (optional). Enjoy!
