Creating a Microclimate
Too much heat? CTTO for left photo. Cover the concrete, asphalt, steel in your home with trees, leaves, wood, soil to cool your home! These natural materials hold water, which condenses, thus creating a microclimate (different climate in small area versus surrounding area). Philippine cinnamon can be continuously pruned to make it bushy in a pot, or allowed to grow into a medium-sized tree, if you have a large space. The leaves and bark can be used in cooking or baking for food and medicine.
Be sure to plant your own Philippine cinnamon at home, as part of your container gardening, or in the ground, at home or in the farm, as food and medicine. Message us for the seedlings! #conservation #livelihood #health #local
