Peanuts with Cinnamon CocoSugar
Peanut is forever special to me, and this peanut brittle (“bandi” in Ilonggo) cooked in #cinnamon coco sugar is not so sweet and very fragrant. Coco sugar has low GI score, plus you enjoy the health, aroma & flavor benefits of cinnamon. Aside from having it for dessert, we also put it as topping on snacks and viands.
