Do you know why it is very difficult to ID the Phil cinnamon species? It is because the leaves of the same plant can vary in shape (heterophylly), and the leaves of new shoots and mature leaves of the same plant can also vary (heteroblasty). It is doubly difficult because we have very few Phil cinnamon trees standing to refer to.
